I love honey! I'm crazy about it. I usually put it on a whole wheat english muffin instead of cream cheese or jam. It's awesome in tea too. OH! and if you're sick and your throat hurts just take one teaspoon or tablespoon straight and swallow it slowly. It's suppose to help.
