Ground Chicken Burgers


Ingredients:
4 cups Ground Chicken, Turkey Burger
1/3 cups grated parmesean cheese
1.5 tablespoons Rosemary, Fresh
1 tablespoons Fennel Seed
1/8 servings Allspice, Ground
1.5 tablespoons Minced Garlic in Water
2 teaspoons Crushed Red Peppers
1 servings salt, table
1 servings Pepper, Black
1 servings Orange Zest

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Chop the fresh rosemary. Zest about 1/2 an orange. If you use fresh garlic instead of minced garlic in water, dice 2 cloves. Use salt and pepper to season to your taste.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix together using hands. Form meat into 4 patties. Coat with olive oil and grill, about 5 min. each side until burger is cooked thoroughly. If you prefer, coat a grill pan with cooking spray and cook for about 5 min. each side, until burger is throroughly done.
