This is a great healthy snack a little bit of sweetness and nobodies diet breaker.

I love red seedless grapes and never knew just how many are in a cup. I have the smaller grapes, not those quarter size ones and I can get 36 into a cup. So 18 would be 1/2 cup and how many I eat for a quick snack. Some people freeze these and say it takes them longer to munch on, never tried it but maybe it's worth a try?

Try frozen grapes. Good way to save grapes that are getting a little over the hill. They taste great!
