Instructions:
Chop up all vegetables. Boil cauliflower and potatoes and broccoli approx 8 minutes. In seperate pot saute green peppers, garlic, and onion in a pan. Pour in several tablespoons of your favorite curry powder and saute. Drain the cauliflower pot into a strainer over the frozen peas to thaw them. Set warm veggies aside. Saute tofu with 2 teaspoons of oil in a seperate pan. Add all vegetables into the pot with the green pepper saute and add the vegetable broth and add tofu once browned. Add the vegetable broth and simmer with spices, add salt to taste, and extra curry to taste. Simmer 20 minutes.
