Instructions:
Have everything prepped and ready to go before turning on the heat, because this goes very quickly. Prepare maifun according to package. Heat pan/wok, add oil and wait 30 seconds, add onion, stir-fry until almost translucent, add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add cubed, well-drained tofu and stir for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned. Add soy sauce, ginger, rice vinegar, lime juice, and then vegetables, stirring for 30 seconds to a minute after adding each. Stir-fry until vegetables are done, then add maifun and stir together. Serve immediately.
