Ginger Chicken Stirfry


Ingredients:
1 servings Chicken Breast, Boneless/skinless
1 cups Pea Pods
1 tablespoons Ginger Root
1 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 cups Bean Sprouts

Instructions:
In large skillet, over medium heat, heat olive oil. Chop chicken into bite size pieces and place in skillet. Finely chop ginger root and put in skillet with chicken. Cook and stir often until chicken cooked completely.

Once chicken cooked, add soy sauce, pea pods, and bean sprouts. Turn heat to low, cover, simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve plain or over rice if desired.
