Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Wash potatoes and quarter them into a bowl. Add other ingredients and toss until potatoes are evenly covered in oil and seasoning. Pour potatoes into a baking dish or baking pan big enough for the potatoes to be on one layer. During baking, occasionally stir potatoes so they brown evenly. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the potato quarters. Potatoes are done when a toothpick inserts into the largest quarter easily.
