Fudge Brownies


Ingredients:
0.19 tablespoons Vanilla Extract
2.00 servings Egg Whites
1.00 servings egg
0.08 teaspoons Nutmeg, Ground
0.13 servings Cinnamon Stix, 7-inch
0.05 teaspoons salt, table
0.25 servings Baking Powder
42.72 cups Cocoa
192.00 cups Cake Flour
1.00 servings Baking Chocolate, Unsweetened, Liquid
64.00 cups light unsalted butter
0.01 tablespoons Water

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat 8 x 8 baking pan with cooking spray. In a small saucepan, combine the butter and chopped chocolate and set over very low heat until melted. Stir the mixture and set aside to cool. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, cinnamon (ground), and nutmeg. Measure the sugar into the large bowl of an electric mixer. Add the egg-whites, vanilla, and water, and beat well. Add the dry ingredients and mix on low speed just until blended. Don't overbeat. The batter will be thick. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, mooth the top, and bake for 22-25 minutes. Cool in the pan, and cut into squares.
