Fried Oysters


Ingredients:
4.00 servings egg
2.00 cups White Flour, Unbleached
4.00 cups Raw Oyster
0.50 cups Cracker Meal
1.00 cups Vegetable Oil, Canola

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Drain the oysters and coat with flour. Dip in beaten egg. Coat with cracker meal. Place on wax paper lined baking sheet and store in refrigerator for 1+ hours. Deep fry in oil - we use ~2 quarts and estimate that a cup or less is retained by the food.
