Eggs are versatile, delicious, filling, and relatively healthy. Enjoy them in almost any state from raw to hard boiled and everywhere in between. Add a touch of salt and some hot sauce to scrambled eggs for a quick and delicious breakfast. Drop an egg into a broth based soup (while on the stove) to add some texture and protein to an otherwise bland dish. The possibilities are endless with this little vitellus. Enjoy.
