Egg Whites & Veggies


Ingredients:
15 servings Quick Whites
2.5 servings Organic Spinach (frozen)
.75 servings Mushrooms
2 servings Melange A Trois Red, Yellow, Green Bell Pepper Strips

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Throw all the ingredients in an oven safe dish at 350 or so till it's golden brown on top and doesn't wiggle when moved. Feel free to mix some salt and pepper in there. This is a great post-gym mini meal to get some protein in! Makes 8 servings so you're set for the week :)
