Ingredients:
3 servings Egg White
1 servings Deluxe American Sliced Cheese
2 servings Sliced Jalapenos
2 servings Tomato
2 servings Ham
0.5 servings Mushrooms Raw/sliced
2 servings Onions, Diced

Instructions:
This recipe works well with a very large skillet or griddle. It can be cooked with Pam or Vegetable Oil. You will need to add the use of oil since this recipe was made using Pam.

1. Take the meat and vegetables and place them on the griddle on the side letting them cook. Stir them to make sure all ingredients are cooking evenly.

2. Spray the rest of the griddle with Pam.

3. Take 3 large egg whites and pour them onto the griddle. Spread it out on the griddle in a thin, square, layer. Let the egg cook almost completely.

4. Take the slice of cheese and lay it on the center of the egg and then spoon the meat and vegetables on top of the cheese.

5. Fold the egg from left to right and then top to bottom over the veggies and cheese.

6. Using large spatula, remove from griddle and serve
