Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce


Ingredients:
2 teaspoons Olive Oil
1/4 teaspoons salt, table
1 1/4 servings Garlic, Raw
2 servings Chicken Breast (boneless,skinless)
1 cups Zucchini Squash
1/2 cups Cucumber
1/2 cups Low-fat Plain Yogurt
1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoons salt, table
1/2 teaspoons Thyme, Dried
3 tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in plastic bag. Add chicken to bag. Marinate chicken in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Remove chicken; discard marinade. Grill chicken and zucchini on skewers.

To prepare tzatziki sauce - combine last 5 ingredients and serve with chicken souvlaki.
