great addition to veggie soups, or great eaten with peanut butter or hummus.

Sweet carrots taste so good with peanut butter and tzaciki dip. They also suppress my hunger. They are high in vitamin A. I eat one everyday!!!

This food is NOT high in sugar. It only contains 3.3 grams per serving, which is very minimal.
