Brown rice is so much better for you than white. And it's really tasty, too - it has a bit of a earthy warmth to it, almost a nuttiness. It's a little bit chewier than white rice. I cook up a large batch, and keep it in thr fridge for a few days.

i have eating brown rice in small quantities and I find it extremely filling and hunger quencher.
The trick to cooking it is to use plenty of water and cook for a long time. Try it the calories are very much worth it.
