Very good cheese, it doesn't necessarily have to be an acquired taste to eat. However, it has an astounding amount of calories, so if you do eat it, eat it in small amounts, or at least, in moderation. Also, if you want to eat more of it, I recommend not eating it with crackers, just eat it alone. It's just as great!
