Bing cherries are an amazing snack, but so addictive! I could make myself sick off of them. Choose dark, firm cherries for the best taste. Lighter colored cherries tend to be sour and mushy cherries are rotten and taste bitter. These are high in antioxidants and fiber as well as potassium and vitamin c. You can't go wrong with these as a snack!
