BBQ Pork Ribs


Ingredients:
12 servings Pork Back Ribs
2 cups Sugar Dark Brown
.25 cups Kosher Salt
.75 cups Honeydew
1 tablespoons Clover Honey
1 servings Garlic
1 teaspoons Pork Back Ribs

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Rub ribs with dry ingredients and marinate for 2 hours.

Scrape off rub.

Saute onions and garlic, add dry rub, honey and tomato paste and simmer for 20 minutes.

Cook ribs at 350 for 2 hours, rotating every 30 minutes and basting with sauce throughout.
