I love bananas! They're delicious, and taste great with other foods like in a wrap with natural peanut butter, with cereal, or pancakes.

:)

Bananas are wonderful for you, taste great, and you can polish your shoes with the peel when you are done.

Bananas are good for you, but only once a day. If you need a quick jolt of energy, bananas have the natural sugar to do so. I myself am not a fan, but I eat them anyway for nutritional purposes. If you have a headache, eat a banana. They are said to help rid of them quickly due to the potassium.

Bananas are delicious. I could eat them all day.
I like eating them with organic, natural peanut butter on them.
Or cut up in a bowl of plain cheerios.
And, bananas are good for you. Maybe not the most healthy fruit, but healthy nonetheless.

I think that a banana is a wonderful food. It is tasty, and after eating it, you feel so energised. It's also so easy to carry anywhere and they are really cheap now. Bananas can be mixed together with milk and ice cream to make a banana milk shake. They can also be served with Milo or in a banana split with ice cream. A banana cake is so healthy and tasty, I love bananas!!!

I googled "how many calories" are in a banana b/c I was confused by the variation listed here. And my favorite response was, "Does it matter? Hands down a banana is a health food, full of vitamins and potassium."
