Ingredients:
5 servings Premium Pasteurized Crab Meat
1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
1 servings egg
1 tablespoons Lemon Juice
1 teaspoons Red Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons Low Fat Mayonnaise
1 tablespoons Mustard, Dijon
1 tablespoons Worchestershire Sauce
1 servings Old Bay

I Ate This!
Instructions:
Combine egg thru sasonings. Whisk together. Add crab and breadcrumbs and mix. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Make 8 crabcakes and set on sheet. Broil about 15 minutes.
