Avocados are beautiful fruits, and can really fill you up. They are really delicious, too -- thick, melt in your mouth kind of delicious. They border somewhere between sweet and savory, so you can put them in nearly any recipe... although it's perfectly acceptable to eat them plain, or with a dash of soy sauce.

I love avocados! It's a vice though...I have to eat it sliced with salt sprinkled on top. However, the calorie content for this is off I believe. Per ounce, an avocado is around 50 calories. So if this is a 6 ounce one, then it would be 300 calories - not the listed 161.
