2 servings Garlic, Raw
1 servings Organic Vegetable Boullion With Sea Salt
3 servings Tomato
.5 servings Canned Black Beans

Instructions:
Add as much water as you want - it lasts forever and is very versatile. Nice and simple. I'm trying low carb :)
