8 servings Red Potato With Skin
1/4 cups Olive Oil

I Ate This!
Instructions:
wash and slice in half potatoes
toss with olive oil and season to taste
bake on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper in an 350 degree oven for about 35-40 mins
