I purchased this item because it was recommended by Bicycling magazine as a good high-fiber, low-calorie and filling breakfast. It is! Though the label says no sugar, it does taste lightly sweetened. The flavor is okay but not great. It probably would be much better with fresh fruit.

This cereal is great. At first it took some time getting used to. I was so used to the sugary cereals. But now I won't eat any other cereal. I've come to love it. It's so filling and helps me lose weight. I have 1 bowl a day as my breakfast with 1 cup of skim milk. Sometimes I'll add a sliced banana in. It definitely lasts me a couple hours.

ULTIMATE FACTS OF WHY THIS IS GOOD
This serial is a great low calorie meal when used with a 5-6 meal a day diet. The reason is because it is 0 sugar, and 120 calories + 24 grams of fiber per cup. Your bodies caloric intake/burn ratio to process this food is very good. The carbs from this food are energy carbs and not fat storing complex carbs. It is dry, but somewhat sweet and definitely a healthy choice.
