Incredibly thick and flavorful yogurt. The calorie distribution is almost impossible to believe - it's basically the same as a whey protein shake but digests much more slowly.

It is excellent alone or eaten with honey or brown sugar. However, if you add a (relatively large) amount of cinnamon and mix it in, you gain not only flavor but a gram or two of fiber without the extra sugars. Pumpkin pie spice or just nutmeg are also good options.

Tastes great I like to add splenda, 100% pure vanilla and berries!
I would totally eat it again I love the thick creamy texture and its full of calcium and protein.
