These taste great and are high in fiber. They are individually wrapped to stay fresh. It's a shame they market this to look like some type of tasteless hospital food and shelve it hidden from view in supermarkets because it would sell well to young people if they scratched the Doctor nonsense from the box and substituted bright colors like Hot Pockets does. Cook them in a toaster oven at broil setting about 10 minutes each side on aluminum foil. I eat them with Indian Jaipur Tamarind Chutney sauce on the side (only 10 calories per Tbsp) and love them.
I was surprised at how tasty this was. I literally could not believe that it was spiced well, because the box looks so clinical. I don't think it works well in a popup toaster. However, a toaster oven would be great, as an oven takes too long. I will definitely buy it again and buy other products from Dr. Praeger.
These are great. I pop them in the micro on reheat and in about 2 minutes it is done and moist. Add some frozen veggies on the plate at the same time and you have a super quick meal.
