A good Veggie Burger. Keep in mind that this is not one of those Burgers that tastes anything like meat. This is just a burger meant to taste like a good vegetable burger. That being said however its tasty and delicious. I reccommend this as a great low cal lunch idea. You could could even throw it on a george foreman to speed up cooking times!! try cooking it a little firm but not mushy... I.E. overcook slightly serve on portugese roll with lettuce tomato onion slice of cheese and a side salad
