Trader Joe's makes 5 or 6 flavors in their sorbet line, but this one has the lowest calorie count. I never feel guilty when I eat the whole tub (4 servings) in one sitting. It's also incredibly tasty -- I find it more orange-y than mango-y which is the right way to do it. From a dessert perspective, I think the the TJ sorbet is a winner: the flavor's great, it's low-cal, uses natural sugars (more or less), and most of all, it has a low-guilt rating. Commence eating, dietary soldiers!

The P90X Nutrition Plan recommends 8oz of fruit sorbet as one "snack" serving. That would be about half of this container.
