This is the perfect snack! It is excellent tasting, has a good amount of fiber, can be used in a lunch that does not need to be chilled or heated. And best of all it comes in it's own handy carrying case. I eat them all by themselves or mixed in with my morning oatmeal and they are great on cereal too! Bonus of the banana is when it is considered too ripe to eat you can make bread out of it. Is there really a more diverse fruit?
