Light n Fit is absolutely delicious! I love eating it with a chopped of banana as breakfast... Mmmmm, it is better than a smoothie! As for which is the best flavor, Strawberry Banana, Vanilla and Blueberry are my flavors of choice. Raspberry is delicious as well!

Drinkable, so it's easy to grab on the go...It helps to fill me up while giving me a burst of calcium, which as a nonmilk drinker need. I like that it has protein to help build muscle while having no fat! I prefer the mixed berry flavor.
