For those that must have soda, I recommend this over most for the following reasons:
1. Can be found consistently just about anywhere (including Iraq). Remember consistency is key.
2. It seems to me to taste the best.
3. It is better than some caffeine sources

That said, understand that aspartame is directly linked to neurospasmic response and there is enough anecdotal evidence of the effects it has on memory to be difficult to pass up.

It's pretty good. Nice caffeine amount. The only downside is the aspartame. Aspartame is bad for you if you consume alot of it but I drink this rarely.

What can you say about Diet Coke? Wether your a regular or diet cola drinker your choice tends to be your mantra. However I for one can say I made the regular to diet leap not long ago and I'll have to say Diet Coke, to me, tastes better than most regularly available diet colas. I reccomend if you new to diet drinks in general though, to let them get just a litte flat before drinking them. It made the switch for me much easier.
