I'm not sure what dictionary they were looking at when they dubbed this a 'guiltless' meal, but they've got this all wrong. The piece of chicken is about as small as your fist, and mine was comepletely charred. And to top it off, there is more sodium in this than you should have in one day! My veggies were so loaded up with salt that I couldn't even taste them. I would suggest making your own sandwich at home and saving your money and heart.
