This soup was so delicious, I could even get my picky 2 year old son to eat it! It has a full serving of vegetables in every cup, it's high in vitamin A, it has 3 grams of fiber and it is very filling. My only complaint is that there is a lot of sodium.

The "health factor" (no artificial flavors, no preservatives), convenient new cardboard carton and the vegetable flavors caught my eye for this new V8 soup product. This is a fantastic product. I tried all the flavors and though I'd never eaten Butternut Squash soup before, this is my favorite. It's moderately thick (think chowder consistency) and the chunks of potato and squash as well as parsley and other seasonings make it delicious. Sorry, lactose intolerants, it does contain "Cream (Milk)".

I had this for lunch today, it is quick, convienent and very tasty. I have never had Buttternut Squash Soup but Im glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something good. The sodium is only 480 for the carton so that was really good. Worth trying for those skeptics! Ill surly try it again and again....
