Bbq Chopped Chicken Salad


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce, shredded
4 ounces chicken, barbecued
1/2 cup corn

1/2 cup jicama
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp. cilantro
1 tbsp. barbecue sauce



Directions
1. Place lettuce on plate
2. Add cilantro, corn, black beans, jicama and tomatoes
3. Sprinkle Tortilla strips over salad
4. Add Chicken on top
5. Add BBQ sauce and dressing and mix as desired
