First, do not believe the line above; "It is like soy sauce without all the sodium." The 1/2 tsp serving has 110 mg of sodium but a tablespoon of Bragg's is 6X that amount or 660mg. While that compares favorably to Kikkoman's "less sodium" Soy Sauce it is still more than their 575mg per T. I bought it because it was recommended by Rip Esselstyn of "Engine 2 Diet" fame but I cannot now use it due to the high sodium. I am surprised and disappointed that Rip considers this product "heart healthy."
