Although the amount of saturated fat is enough to ruin your whole day's nutritional balance, I believe this ice cream is worth the splurge. The ice cream is smooth and dense, with a creamy mouth feel that isn't greasy. The Heath bar is in large yet managable pieces (1/3 to 1/2 candy bar in a bite), and is well distributed throughout the pint, making this seem like two desserts in one. Even though half a cup doesn't seem like a lot, the flavor makes the quality far outweigh the quantity.
