Spinach, fresh diced tomatoes, bacon pieces, roasted red peppers, red onions, toasted sliced almonds and hot bacon vinaigrette—all topped with succulent seasoned, grilled shrimp. NOTE: Applebee's does not provide nutritional info for this dish. I have approximated to the best of my ability.
This salad is fabulous! I think it's relatively healthy for those of us (me!) who are a little tired of the weight watcher's menu. I think the poster who corrected the calories is fairly close. Still, I try to only eat this salad once a week or so.

I could eat this salad 7 days a week. It is delicious. But the calorie breakdown above does not help me-- the salad is available in small and regular sizes. I would like the calorie count of the regular size so I don't short myself on calories for the day.
