This salad is great but even better when substituting steak for chicken. I have ate this several times and the only think I would suggest is to have ALL dressing on the side so that you can decide the amount of dressing salsa or mix. This will also help the health ratio, no dressing just salsa is great on this salad. Enjoy your night out at applebees.
