I'm a diabetic, who watches his carbs very seriously. I ate the Oriental Chicken Rollup at Applebee's this afternoon, then tested my blood sugar later. It was extremely high. I'm usually very accurate at estimating carbs simply by looking at my plate. It would be nice if they could tell you EXACTLY what you were eating. My friend had the Orange Chicken Bowl. I saw the number of carbs listed for that entree on this website. I guarantee it is way off! There was a ton of rice in this dish, so there's no way there would only be 56g of carbs. NO WAY!

This is delicious. The vegetables and slivered almonds give it a wonderful crunch and great flavor. The food stays warm in the bowl throughout the meal so the first bite is as tasty as the last. My favorite, healthy choice at Applebee's.
