Start the morning with a delicious mouthful of one of our most popular sausages. Made with sweet/tart apples and four different fruit juices. We love to use it as a French toast stuffing, or just sauté and nestle it beside a stack of pancakes or a mound of eggs. Try it with caramelized onions and peppers and a slash of spicy mustard for a great sandwich.

Ingredients
Smoked Product: Chicken, Evaporated Apples, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Pineapple, Pear, Peach and Apple), Salt, Spices, Sodium Nitrite, in a Pork Casing.

I love this sausage! Very juicy and easy to prepare. However, on the package, it shows only 160 calories per link, not 210.

These are by far the best tasting packaged gourmet sausages out there. You can get better ones at gourmet deli's and gourmet grocery stores like Gelson's in LA, Bristol Farms in Southern Cal or Andronico's in San Francisco, but these are great for off the shelve sausages. Best when prepared on a grill sliced in half teh long way so you get maximum grill marks.
