Quinoa does not have much of a flavor on it's own, but if you make it using vegetable stock instead of water it is pretty good. Quinoa is one of the worlds most nutritious grains as it contains 8 essential amino acids! Use Quinoa to make pilaf, tabbouleh-like salads, or as a bed for grilled meats :)

I actually use this as much as I use brown rice. As mentioned in another review, it doesn't have much taste of its own. I prefer cooking it in bouillon (beef or chicken depending on what it's accompanying). See http://en.wikipedia.org/ wiki/Quinoa for info on quinoa's unusually complete nutritional value.
