I highly recommend the 365 brand (Whole Foods) Unsweetened Soy Milk; it is creamy and delicious and still only 70 calories for an entire cup. Use it as an alternative to half & half for creamer in your coffee to save calories (half & half= 40 calories 2 Tbsp). I also use it in my tea, oatmeal, and smoothies. With a little flavoring and some no-calorie sweetener like saccharin and stevia it can be delicious to drink also.
