How do I add foods to MyPlate in the past or future, beyond "today" and "yesterday"?

Great question!

First, search for the food you'd like to add to your MyPlate page. (You can use the search box right at the top of every page on the site.)

Once you find the food you want to track, click the big, green "I ate this!" button.

By default, the "I ate this!" button lets you add foods to your MyPlate tracking for "today" or "yesterday." But there's a third option that appears as well -- "other."

If you choose "other," you'll be prompted to type in the date you'd like to add the food to. It's easy!
