Track your water intake with The Daily Plate, too!
As you probably already know, you can track all the foods you eat each day here at TheDailyPlate.com. Every food item, from a McDonald’s burger to a handful of dry roasted peanuts, has a big green “I Ate This” button that you can click on to add that food item to your MyPlate page.
Using MyPlate, you can track your daily, weekly, and monthly intake — of calories, fat, protein, calcium, vitamins, and more! We even chart your intake over time, and break down your foods eaten by day so that you can see which are the best and worst in terms of your dietary health.
But we’ve offered that service for a while. As of today, we’ll also help you track your water intake as well. TDP recommends that you drink at least eight glasses of water each day (for a total of 64 ounces). And now, on My Plate, you can keep track of the water you drink throughout the day! Check it out — http://www.thedailyplate.com/users/myplate — and be sure to let us know what you think!
